While Bob was in Portland with Scott he's worked with Scott and members of the advanced group on a performance piece, "(incredible) Things Happen On The Way To Other Places". It's part of a continuing exploration into the performance possibilities of the work. It developed as a structure comprising open improvisation segueing between sections rehearsed and set through exploration of the ideas and exercises.

Many exercises and approaches were tried out, new things were discovered about the work and old things were rediscovered with a process being revealed on the way.

There are pictures along the way of the process in the photo galleries, the programme notes are available and observations about the process are gradually appearing as part of the collaboration journal.
